Adult Acro

Our acro classes are for everything floor based, including acrobatics such as handstands, headstands, walkovers and partner acro. These classes also include conditioning and flexibility work.

TOTAL BEGINNERS WELCOME – you don’t need to be a gymnast, and all exercises are tailored to your own ability. This class is also a great compliment to those who undertake dance training. 

 

We also run Junior Acro (Age 6-11) and Teen Acro (Ages 11-16) classes.

WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in e.g. leggings or jogging bottoms. Please ensure you wear a fitted top that will not fall over your face or ride up when undertaking these activities. Long hair should be tied back. Please also bring a bottle of water.
