We have students of all ages, sizes and abilities who attend our classes!
Please don't let any of these be a deciding factor in taking our classes!
How Old Do You Have To Be To Attend Classes?
AERIAL CLASSES - We run kids aerial hoop classes for children aged 8 and over. Please visit our timetable to view - please note these classes are very popular and often have waiting lists.
POLE CLASSES - Our pole fitness classes are for age 16 and over.

What Do I Wear/Bring To Class?
For pole please either wear shorts or a pair of jogging bottoms that can be rolled up to your knees. Any top is fine and you will be in bare feet.
For aerial please wear leggings or jogging bottoms and a top that covers your stomach and back that does not ride up or fall over your face when leaning over or upside down. You may wish to bring some long socks or leg warmers. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR SHORTS FOR AERIAL CLASSES AS THE EQUIPMENT CAN CAUSE FRICTION BURNS ON BARE SKIN.
For acro & stretch please comfortable clothes that stretch easily and do not restrict you. Leggings or jogging bottoms are best and a top that covers your stomach and back that does not ride up or fall over your face when leaning over or upside down.
Please also bring a bottle of water.

If you cannot attend a class and inform us MORE THAN 48HRS before the class is due to start, you simply come on another day to make it up before the end of the month.
IF YOU FAIL TO NOTIFY US BEFORE THE 48HR CUT OFF YOUR CLASS CANNOT BE CREDITED.
CLASSES CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO THE FOLLOWING MONTH.
No refunds can be made except in exceptional circumstances.
Why Are Pole And Aerial Classes More Expensive Than A Normal Exercise Class Or Gym Membership?
This is a question we get asked frequently! The main reason for this is because when you attend our classes, you are not just paying to get fit - you are paying to learn a SKILL! Due to the nature of the activities we teach we also have to have a higher level of insurance, expensive equipment which needs to be maintained regularly and our instructors have undergone more specialised training than a normal fitness instructor which they are constantly having to update to comply with our insurance.
It is with this in mind that our classes are priced as they are. You will find that our prices meet the average cost of pole and aerial tuition across the UK and meet the requirements of the industry standard "fair pricing" rules.
