THE FOLLOWING CLASSES ARE NOW OPEN TO BEGINNERS:

- Pole Fitness

- Stretch Class

- Acro Class

​

Classes that will NOT be open to new beginners and will remain as experienced students only for the time being are:

- Aerial Hoop

- Aerial Silks

- Children's classes

​

This is due to the fact that these classes still carry a higher risk for beginner students with instructors being unable to spot and supervise beginner students to keep them safe.

These classes ARE however open to people with previous aerial experience from either our studio or elsewhere.
